1.8-2.2# white polyethylene closed-cell foam is commonly used for packaging. polyethylene foam is perfect for fragile or heavy items needing protection for during transport or shipment. It is an excellent option when urethane foam is not sturdy enough to provide the packaging protection required.

Packaging Foam can add a Peel & Stick Adhesive layer (PSA) to one (or both) sides of stock sheets for an additional charge.

Packaging Foam offers custom design and fabrication to meet your specific needs. We can cut almost any type of for to almost any size or shape, including cut outs to cradle your product. We have state of the art equipment and years of experience to help determine your special requirements. There is a $150 minimum charge per custom order, plus any applicable programming or tooling charges.
